About the program
We make automated wellness check-in calls to seniors and people with disabilities living alone, up to two times a day, in English or Spanish (US numbers only). When they answer, their family gets an "all is well" text, that daily moment of relief knowing Mom, Dad, or a loved one is okay. If they miss three calls, we alert their emergency contact immediately. Our mission is simple: no one should ever go unnoticed. A missed check-in can mean a fall or a medical emergency, and when someone is lying on the floor unable to reach a phone, hours matter. Two calls a day can honestly be the difference between life and death. Here's an example of how we take care of our clients: An elderly man is getting out of bed in the morning and falls, trapped in the narrow space between the bed and the wall. He can't reach his phone. He can't get up. But he has Senior Call. When he misses his check-in calls, his family emergency contact is notified right away. They can send police to check on him or go themselves. Emergency response arrives, and he's okay, because Senior Call noticed something was wrong and alerted his family in time. Without that daily check-in, it could have been three or four days before anyone realized something was wrong. By then, it likely would have been too late.
