About the program
Welcome to the S.I.S. Training Gear Field Agent Creator Program—where your everyday training and personal style become your next creative assignment. We’re looking for relatable creators to showcase our gear through honest try-ons, workouts and lifestyle videos. Fitness enthusiasts, menswear creators and active dads are welcome. You don’t need a massive following—just confidence on camera and your own perspective. Earn 10% of qualifying sales attributed to your content through our TRYBE program. Selected creators also receive a complimentary product with shipping covered, plus opportunities for ongoing collaborations. Your mission is simple: wear the gear, share your honest experience and create content that helps people picture themselves wearing it. Selected videos will feature in our Facebook and Instagram ads. This is a commission-based program. Content approval does not guarantee advertising spend or earnings. Ready for your first assignment? Join the team.
