Here's the thing to know before you film: our customers aren't excited about us, they're relieved. They'd tried everything. That's the feeling we want in your videos. So please don't perform an advert at us. Talk the way you'd talk to a friend who asked what you use. Be funny, be blunt, be yourself — the rougher videos always outperform the polished ones.
