Welcome to Collars & Co. Welcome to the Collars & Co. creator program. We’re excited to have you here. About Collars & Co. Collars & Co. is redefining modern menswear with a simple philosophy: empowering the modern gentleman to dress well without sacrificing comfort. From our signature Dress Collar Polo to performance shirting, trousers, blazers, and layers, we create wardrobe essentials that combine the polish of traditional menswear with the ease and performance of modern fabrics. Our content should reflect that same philosophy -confident, aspirational, and polished, while still feeling natural and authentic. About the Program This program is designed to build ongoing partnerships with creators who understand the Collars & Co. aesthetic and can bring our products to life through engaging, high-quality content. We encourage you to find your own voice and creative angle while keeping the brand’s visual standards in mind. Program Guidelines Sample requests: Please limit your initial request to 3 SKUs. Additional products may become available as the partnership develops. First submission: Create 3 unique videos per product from your initial sample request. We want distinct concepts or angles rather than multiple versions of the same video. Ongoing content: After your first submission, creators are expected to submit 2 new videos per week. Filming: Shoot in a clean, well-lit environment with a polished background. Natural light is encouraged. Products should be clearly visible, in focus, and represented accurately. Please avoid cluttered environments, visible competitor branding, or anything that distracts from the product. Dressing & styling: Clothing should be clean, wrinkle-free, and styled as a complete look. Pay close attention to fit, collar placement, buttons, and overall presentation. If your shirt is tucked in, always wear a belt. Shoes, trousers, and accessories should complement the Collars & Co. aesthetic. Creative direction: Hooks and concepts should feel natural to your personal content style while clearly communicating what makes the product worth wearing. We value strong storytelling, styling, product demonstrations, and authentic reactions over content that feels overly scripted or promotional. Growth opportunities: We’re looking for creators we can build with long term. Top-performing creators may become eligible for increased commission rates and/or paid per-video opportunities.
