About the program
DonutJobs is a hiring platform where business owners find and hire pre-vetted virtual assistants from the Philippines, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Every candidate profile comes with a typing test, an English test, a voice sample and skill assessments, so employers know what they're getting before they ever get on a call. We're making ads for one person: a business owner who works too much and can't justify a $3-4-5,000 a month local hire. You'll be playing a character. You don't need to have hired anyone to make this. Invent the business, invent the story, act it out. The opening line is yours, we're not handing out scripts. One vertical video, 30 to 60 seconds. Read the brief before you film. It has 5 casting profiles you can pick from and login details for a demo account you can screen record. We judge on the first 3 seconds and on whether we could run your video as a paid ad tomorrow. Not on views.
