About the program
Elevate is a telehealth brand making personalized, medically guided weight-loss care simple to access - no waiting rooms, no long-term contracts. Everything starts with an online intake reviewed by a licensed provider, with ongoing support along the way. We work with creators who can speak honestly to women 25–45 who've cycled through diets, workouts, and "starting again Monday" without seeing progress. The content that performs here is real and conversational — you sharing your own story, frustrations, and curiosity. No product required. This is face-to-camera storytelling. You don't need to have used Elevate, receive anything in the mail, or show a product on screen. We'll send the brief, hooks, and talking points; you bring the voice. Strict creative guardrails apply (no medication, injection, or before/after imagery) — full details in the brief once you join.
