About the program
NYAccident.org is a free service that connects people injured in New York accidents with independent, licensed NY attorneys for a free case review. It is not a law firm. It's the free first step for someone who just got hurt and doesn't know what happens next. We're building an ongoing roster of creators who can deliver 30 to 45 second selfie-style videos in a "protective friend" voice: calm, direct, like you're warning someone you care about before they talk to the insurance adjuster. No studio, no acting chops, just a phone, good light, and a believable delivery. Videos run as paid ads on Facebook and Instagram from our account. We test constantly and reorder monthly from creators whose videos perform.
