About the program
GrowTropicals is a UK houseplant retailer, delivering a wide range of houseplants directly to customers' doors. We’re looking for natural UGC showing the experience of ordering and receiving a houseplant online. You don’t need to be a plant expert. We want simple, relatable content that feels like something you’d genuinely share. Think beyond a standard unboxing. You could show: • “I didn’t know you could buy plants online” • What I expected vs what arrived • The excitement of a plant delivery • Finding a new plant for your home • “I only went online to look…” • Showing a friend or partner your new plant • Why buying plants online is easier than you thought Keep it natural and personal. Talking to camera, voiceover or text-on-screen all work. Aim for 15–30 seconds with a strong first few seconds. Show the packaging, plant and your genuine reaction where possible.
