About the program
👤 Who we are Mio is THE Slack-native AI employee. It plugs into your team's tools, answers company questions with real live context, and actually does the work for you, from morning briefs to status updates to taking action across your tools. You'll work directly with the team, based between Paris and the US, including people who've driven 2B+ organic views for tech companies. We're not just handing you a brief: we'll help you level up your content game while getting paid for it. 🕵 What we're looking for Creators with experience making ads or organic content for tech startups and apps, who want to sharpen their craft and are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow as the company grows. You're the right fit if: - You're comfortable on camera - You're comfortable with tech and tools - You can produce efficiently, at least 7 pieces of content per week - You have editing skills - You shoot on an iPhone (required) 💰 Deal structure - 10% of the ad spend on your content, up to $5,000 per video - Paid weekly - Daily feedback in Slack and weekly coaching calls to help you perform
