How do I cancel Creator?
Use Manage billing and check the scheduled end date on Account.
Open Account and choose Manage billing to use the Stripe billing portal. Account shows any scheduled end date. Signing out or deleting a TikTok scan does not cancel a subscription. If billing will not open, contact support.
